This product is covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your insect/animal does not arrive in good health, we'll make it right, provided the following criteria are met:
- If shipped Next Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -40 and 120 °F.
- If shipped Two Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -20 and 120 °F.
- If shipped Ground, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between 0 and 100 °F.
- If shipped Two Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -20 and 120 °F.

First time buyer
All I can say for this is wow…… I’m beyond impressed and I already had high expectations and from now on this is going to me my go too it’s my first time buying from here and they included a whole lot of goodies!!!! Haven’t had that happen before!!!!!!! and none of the roaches were dead!!!! Mind you i ordered alottttt needless to say my reptiles are going to be VERYYYYY happy!!!.
