- If shipped Two Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -20 and 120 °F.

Amazing and they dont die fast
This is the only place that I have been buying insects for my reptiles. His insects last a long time. I have a very low death rate. And since I started feeding his crickets to one of my rescue chameleons, she has significantly gotten better. I would definitely say that they are high quality. He's super quick with shipping. If you look at his shipping, he follows it to a tea, i've had no issues and he will definitely be my go to supplier from now on

Ordered a 1000 crickets in the middle of winter in a desperate need for my reptiles as my local shop didnt have stock. Website was great in forming me of needed information regarding risks on shipping and temperatures. Package arrived in exact time frame. To my surprise they in fact arrived alive. Some dead but that was expected. I will be ordering my reptile food from Josh's frogs again.

The feeder bugs arrived in plump and healthy condition! I believe that the choice for super speedy shipping time when possible makes SO MUCH difference. I live in a rural area in the eastern neck of the mountain's & woods where the feeder type of bugs are the hibernating wild sort. Not the type of bugs that I am willing to add to menu’s. I have shopped around and have never found any other proprietor who sells feeder bugs etc. to be as dedicated to customer service and satisfaction as Josh and his extended team-family! I have always been 110% satisfied with my purchases from Josh’s Frogs and his policy of live arrival guarantees. Furthermore, the feeder insects consistently appear healthy and plump.
