I just wanted to say that I am so Happy when I contact a company and their customer service is nice, caring and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my last order of crickets which is not something that ever happens and had nothing to do with Josh's themselves and Ms. Karen was so helpful and sweet and it really goes to show how much kindness helps. Thank You so much Karen for caring about my situation. Oh and I will be getting a Pacman through Josh's soon again thanks to the knowledge from Ms. Karen :)

When comparing to the petstores, (petsmart and petco), Josh's Frogs crickets are way more lively, bigger, last longer, smell less and jump higher. (I could do without the jumping higher, haha)

I was very surprised with the amount of crickets I received and all except maybe 2 or 3 were alive and well. I know I received a good amount more plus shipping was super fast and they sent them with food and a heat pad.. Thank you and I will def be a repeat customer. Mark
