Had issues with postal making items come in time and lost crickets and roaches but thankfully they're being replaced thanks for being so honest and helpful
Pleasantly surprised with my entire order! Everything was packaged beautifully. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Everything arrived alive and looked healthy. Im extremely happy with my purchases and will be ordering again!
I usually have no problems with the delivery of crickets. This time I have lost a good portion of crickets. I opened my mailbox to find it full of crickets running around. There was a small hole next to the red insert to allow air flow. I caught most of them that were loose but a few got away and had to be killed because they touched the yard and road. The bag shows what I was able to recover. Overall still worried about whether they will be safe to feed my frogs since I don't know if there was any containments in the mailbox from other mail. Update: they help fix the problem really good service and care for your pets.
I used to buy crickets from the pet store. Not only did they burn a hole in my wallet, they would also die within days. I got these banded crickets from Josh's frogs and WOW!!! They arrived on June 14th, and not a single one has died yet and its been pretty much 2 weeks!!! Except for the ones my chameleon ate lol. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are VERY jumpy lol!! But everything else is great!! They also don't stink like the ones from the pet store. Very happy with my purchase! Will definitely only be purchasing from here now.
I haven't trusted online delivery for live crickets since a few incidents years ago resulting in wasted money and headaches. However with the stores in my area running low on crickets due to closures (favorite company that was local is closing all locations) and people ransacking the nearby stores that still had them, I decided to give Josh's Frogs a shot and I do not regret it. Ordered 250 crickets and recieved pretty much the whole box of them live (only saw one maybe two dead but that's to be expected), all within 2 days from ordering. Best part is they offer more for your buck; the same amount I spent for my order only ever got me a hundred crickets from my local store, whereas here I get nearly 2.5 times the amount in better condition and in better sizing. Will be ordering more in the future.
