Great customer service
I had an order for 250 dubia roaches and more than half of them died because of the weather. I took pictures of them just in case somebody wanted proof but they didn't they just simply shipped 250 new roaches for free . They (Josh's frogs) couldn't help that the roaches got stuck in the mail during early cold snap, but they 100 % refunded the roaches without any fuss at all. I plan to keep as my ALL amphibians needs, they have everything you need if you have a amphibian or reptile.
