Important Safety & Installation Notes

• Vertical Mounting Only: To protect the delicate internal filaments, this lamp must be installed pointing completely straight down (vertically). Mounting it horizontally or at an angle will heavily degrade the lifespan and void the warranty.
• Thermostat Note: Mercury vapor lamps cannot be run on a thermostat. However, they can be easily automated using a standard on/off light timer.
• Built-In Thermal Cutoff: The lamp features an advanced safety switch to protect against voltage spikes and overheating. If turned off or interrupted by a power flicker, it will not turn back on immediately. Allow the lamp to cool down for approximately 20 minutes before restarting.
