Care Notes: This broad-leaf variety shares the same ease of care as the standard Java fern, making it an excellent choice for beginners. Its wide leaves provide great cover and a different texture to an aquascape. As with other Java ferns, it propagates by dividing the rhizome. New plantlets may also form on the leaves, which can be gently removed and re-attached elsewhere. Avoid placing it in direct, high-intensity light to prevent leaf burn and algae growth.
