Succulents are drought tolerant, tough plants that will enjoy low humidity and bright light. In this bundle, you will receive 5 individual plants that include a mixture of succulent species such as Echeveria, Sempervivum, Aloe, Jade, and Haworthia. The succulent species chosen for this kit are Grower's Choice plants, meaning that our Plant Team will choose from varieties of the selected species that are currently in stock.

Potential Succulent Bundle Species: 

Aloe vera (Grower's Choice)

• Native to southern Africa, Saudi Arabian peninsula and Madagascar
• Widely used as an ingredient in creams, cosmetics and also used for it's medicinal properties
• May have smooth leaves and look like more traditional Aloe vera, others may have spiked leaves

Haworthia spp. (Grower's Choice) 

• Haworthia comes in a variety of species that form a tight, green, rosette
• Can vary in looks by species, but forms clusters from offshoots
• Stays very low to the ground, but slowly spreads out over time

Echeveria spp. (Grower's Choice) 

• A beautiful succulent genus that forms tight rosette growth patterns
• Grows fairly low to the ground, but will shoot out a cyme with bell-shaped flowers during summer months
• This genus comes in about 150+ cultivars and species

Care Notes: All species listed require well draining, sandy substrates and at least six hours of bright light daily. Excess water will cause root rot. Consider planting with Josh's Frogs Succulent Soil. Rotate the plant every week or so to maintain even light distribution.

As good practice, Josh's Frogs recommends washing all plants thoroughly, removing as much soil as possible with dechlorinated water before placing them in their final home. Live plants may vary in color, size, and appearance.
