About This Product
Planting your Crested Gecko enclosure with tropical plants is both visually appealing and a great way to simulate a natural environment for your pet. These animals love climbing and enjoy plants with wide leaves and sturdy stalks that can support their weight. We’ve selected a handful of plants for this kit that are considered basic, easy-to-care for plants that should thrive in your crested gecko vivarium. You will receive two plants of our choice sized for a 12x12x20 vivarium.

*We cannot guarantee any specific variety of plants at this special package price, however, all plants will come labeled with their names and will be well-suited for your crested gecko vivarium.
*This kit may come with a plant that contains calcium oxalate crystals. We deem this plant safe for use with the above animals, but the more risk-averse may wish to avoid it

As a good practice, Josh's Frogs recommends washing all plants thoroughly removing as much soil as possible with dechlorinated water before placing them in their final home. Plants from Josh’s Frogs are specifically grown to be safe for use with animals. Live plants may vary in color, size, and appearance.

both plants arrived looking good, were easy to clean up and plant in the tank.

Great plants, but not shipped as specified
The plants chosen for me were in good shape, but I think that sending two very aggressive growers for a small tank is a poor choice. But how can I complain when I ordered a surprise bundle. :) The little note from the packer adds a great personal touch, as well as an explanation for her choice (apparently these plants are impossible to kill by accident) Both of the plants I received came with clumps of soil, though the site says plants are all shipped bare-root. Maybe these types of plants must be shipped this way, and it wasn't too much trouble washing the fertilizer away. Just be advised.

Plants were in great shape, but be advised that they came with clumps of soil. Maybe some plants have to be sent this way, and it wasn't too much trouble to remove the fertilizer. They've been in the viv for about a week now and are doing fine. Though I hesitate to complain about a surprise bundle, I was a little disappointed that I was sent two very aggressive growers for a small tank. The packer did write a note saying that they were extremely easy to care for, so I hope I don't tear them out in frustration before they can be moved into a bigger home.

Variety
This is a great setup for somebody building a smaller sized tank for a crested gecko. I have the exact size tank for the amount of plants, but I would recommend buying 1 or 2 more smaller plants from Josh's Frogs. They have the best deals and I have found them to be very reliable.
