Animals will be shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight, without any internal or external labeling to signify they're from Josh's Frogs. BULLET POINTS FROM DESCRIPTION How do I place an order for dropship? Placing an order is simple! Just log into your Josh's Frogs Wholesale Account, add only dropship animals to your cart, and check out. Use your business address and information in the billing address, and your customer's address in the shipping address. Shipping is a flat rate $39.99 anywhere in the continental USA, regardless of the number of animals ordered. How do I include my own packing slip/invoice? A packing slip is needed for every animal order. Simply email your invoice/packing slip to [email protected]. Make sure to include the 9 digit order number from your order in the subject line of the email. Please remember, we'll ship based on the address provided when you place the order though the site - not the address or information provided on the packing slip/invoice you provide. When will the order ship? Animal dropship orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on holidays, or the day before a holiday. if the order is placed Monday-Thursday before 3pm EST, it will ship out the same day. If the order is placed Monday-Wednesday after 3pm EST, it will go out the following day. if the order is placed between 3pm EST Thursday and 3pm EST Monday, it will go out Monday. Is live arrival guaranteed? Who do I contact with any concerns, or if there is a problem? Live arrival is guaranteed, given that: Temperatures during transit are between 40F-85F at the receiver's zip code.
