Species Name: Syngonium podophyllum 'Red Vein'

Common name(s): Red Vein Syngonium,  Arrowhead Plant 

Defining Characteristics: 

• Bright green to cream-colored foliage with a rosy midvein and leaf margins
• Wide leaves make great resting spots or coverage for a variety of animals
• High water needs but overall drought tolerant plant
• Due to its more vining/trailing nature in age, it is a great candidate for a hanging basket.

Care Notes: Does great in high-moisture environments. In terrariums, it may need to be rehomed as a houseplant after a year of growth due to its large mature size.
